In my experience, I have worked to service 700+ brands, 80+ million guests, and 2 million unique daily transactions in the restaurant industry; and 1.2 million banking customers.

I am proud to showcase projects where I personally led design strategy and execution. I have tracked my contributions' adoption from 0 to over 6 million consumers in digital hospitality and $0 to over $1B in B2B merchant processing volume.

Design Leadership Areas of Expertise 

Strategic Vision Setting
As a design leader, I provide strategic design guidance to executive leadership and influence multi-year business strategy. Most recently, my strategic research and vision setting helped guide multiple execution teams to create efficiencies and solve for hidden costs while maturing our customer infrastructure for growth. By centering around a shared vision, we iteratively build towards the same long-term goals. 
Workshop Facilitation
Workshops create spaces for teams to think outside of day to day constraints and foster stronger cross-discipline relationships. Different collaboration structures can help draw out diverse voices to enable wider inclusion of thought. I have enjoyed designing, creating, and facilitating digital and in-person workshops for a variety of topics, team sizes, and timeframes.
UX & UXR Mentorship
As a Staff Product Designer (and senior-most Design IC) at Olo, I was a part of the Design Leadership team. Within this space, I helped hire and mentor intern- to senior-level designers and researchers. I shared my past experiences; documented my insights and learnings in public; taught new methods as designers took on new types of projects; and curated “process best practices” to ensure teams were empowered and inspired to do their best work.
Design + Agile
As a Staff Product Designer focused on Payments products and experiences at Olo, I was a part of the Payments Leadership team. Within this space, I created principles and practices to articulate the importance of design craft within broader business contexts; and worked with Engineering and Product counterparts to integrate the Design process into yearly, quarterly, and bi-weekly planning.
Scaling Design Systems
What started as a grassroots "labor of love," extended into official strategic investment for our "Cookbook" Design System at Olo. Before delegating responsibilities to dedicated teams that have taken our system to new heights, I helped to foster advocacy and education around the system; while creating foundational components, color ramps, type styles, contribution models and governance practices for responsible growth.
